Watch how quick the DLine gets off the ball, they know the cadence, because IT'S A frickING CLAP.

This is the stupidest fricking shite I've ever seen. Clapping to snap the ball, what the frick is that.

Cruise - you're a good guy, but if this is a true problem...it's minor compared to the real problems.

Here is a tweet from David Morrison:
Mitch Hall held a Vanderbilt defender so well that Ish Witter ran for a loss of a yard.

So do you really think the clap was the problem on this play? Cruise, we can't/won't block.

The clap makes sense.

Because they've been getting fricked by defensive lineman with no protection for the last 8 weeks.

Snap on clap is not the whole issue but could be some if not alot of the issue with the pass rush vs pass protection. I mean all I've seen is the snap of the ball on first clap every time. It's never varied. As a D-lineman, it doesn't get any easier than that. You don't have to watch for ball movement anymore. You just tee off at the sound of the clap. Without varying the snap count, you can't keep the d-line off balance. As a d-lineman, you can get really comfortable in that situation. It comes down to reaction times between the o-lineman and whoever they are blocking. It can boil down to run blocking also.
