If you watch the play where the targeting was overturned Mookie was streaking wide open down the center of the field.

As I said, I am rooting for him. But he was apparently in for the 4th highest number of plays. If he was open on one that's troubling.

It looked like a lot of the time Cook had his mind made up where he was throwing before the snap.

When he did run through his progression he looked for a check down to Burden first and that is somewhat understandable, but it will cause him to miss other open receivers. Cook should get better as the season progresses.

I’m glad mookie didn’t see the ball. Could be an X factor going into next weekend. little game tape on him

I agree. I think the kid can be great. I'm just hoping he's not letting it get to him.

If he and Luther are operating at top speed that's tough to defend and would open things up for Nate Peat.

I’m sure there was more. That’s the only one that stands out, but I’m mostly watching the ball.

I expect him to be heavily involved this week. KState will pay extra attention to Luther and Drink wants to get the ball to Mookie
