I've rounded .4 and below down and .5 and above up.

Christiansen
2001: 22 ppg
2002: 30 ppg
2003: 31 ppg
2004: 23 ppg
2005: 31 ppg
2006: 30 ppg
2007: 40 ppg
2008: 42 ppg

avg: 31 ppg

Yost
2009: 29 ppg
2010: 30 ppg
2011: 33 ppg
2012: 26 ppg

avg: 30 ppg

Henson
2013: 39 ppg
2014: 28 ppg
2015: 14 ppg (Last 7 games, 8 ppg )

avg: 27 ppg

How does a guy go from 39 ppg to 14 ppg? Can we all just blame Ricker?

Exactly, Henson benefited from a loaded veteran offense in his first year that were developed by Yost. When they all left and it came time for Henson to develop and recruit his own players he couldn't do it. The guy sucks and was in way over his head. frick Henson.

Henson's offense is great when he has superior talent. He would do great at schools like LSU & Alabama. He wasn't creative enough to use scheme to hide his teams deficiencies.

I think you saw the cracks last year vs USC, UGA, and Florida.

This is exactly what separates the good OC's from the Great ones who become HC's. The ability to coach to your teams strengths and limit liabilities. for example, our WR's run routes to get open. They are not experienced, so another OC recognizes this, and has the WR's run "clearing routes" so another WR sits down in the open space. Or with a deficient OL you run screens and mis-directions to make the DL and LB hesitate and not just attack.

Everybody loses players. Being worse is one thing. Being this bad is another
