Ask me, it's the most recent accuser or one of her friends. Puts a ton of emphasis on the "chill out". I still think that's a case of buyer's regret. It's the first case and just the fact there's repeated accusations that made this decision a no brainer.

I think in his definition of "harm" he is saying that the parts of the story saying that he pinned them down etc. is a lie.

Got ya. I figured I was missing something. And for the earlier post, at this point it doesn't matter if he's guilty or not unfortunately. It is a risk in more ways than one now for the University to keep him around. Beyond that, I don't even think he has to be guilty of rape to be booted. It's a lesser standard and a lesser requirement.
