Drink isn't getting canned this year. Period.

Next year he'll keep his job by winning 6 and going to the Bob's Tractor Parts Bowl...then he'll get an extension and a pay raise.

Might as well get used to Drink as our trail boss.

I think the main thing that would get Drink fired would be if important players, or enough overall, were going to transfer.
I really think an OC calling plays would solve a lot of our issues, and make us competitive in most games.

That isn't me wanted him fired this year. You need to contact those who do want him fired after this year. I am seeing it more clearly that he needs another year to get players gel and possibly get more players from transfer portal. That DC will be doing a much better job next year too. I am seeing it will be slow and moving in the right direction. I said give Drinkwitz time. The big improvement will be in 4th and 5th year. I can see that happening.

Just wait until it actually happens, another sub .500 season with an AD that probably is itching to pull the trigger.

Why you think so? Have you not seen any progress when there are not many talents to compare to the other teams in the SEC? Like I said need more time to get the right players all on the field at the same time. In the 4th and 5th year should be much better. But anything can happen at any given year. I do think things will get better by 4th and 5th year. It is also critical time to get this moving up than having to replace a new HC when OU and Texas join the SEC.
