I wouldn't say Lock may fall to 3rd or 4th. That implies he was 1st or 2nd at some point.

I think there are a few others to that have that hype too (Darnold for one. Allen for another).

Lock isn't even on draft boards right now and I think even he knows he needs another year.

Every year that changes after the season though. NFL scouts know him and have been watching. The NFL values QBs way to much. Cough cough Gabbert. I for one and many a Mizzou fan could have told any NFL scout that Gabbert wouldn’t be good in the NFL, as he wasn’t very good here or at Parkway West for that matter. 10th Overall on arm strength alone....IMO Lock has way more than just arm strength.

I still think Drew is a 1st rounder and any comparison to Gabbert doesn't work (IMO). GB always had 'happy feet' and was impatient in the pocket; Drew has neither. The one thing that Drew has that you can't teach is size & arm strength.

Lock has the best Mizzou deep-ball passing I have seen since The Zark (Steve Pisarkiewicz) back in the mid 70s. Lock may be even be better than The Zark.

Still, I think Lock would benefit greatly from another year in college..., and I think that is exactly what he will do.

I hope he stays for the sake of our program, but if he wants to leave I think he can probably get first round action this year. Many a QB has been drafted that high showing a lot less imo.

I Think Lock is enough of a Mizzou kid thru and thru that he will wanna have more wins than he currently does and against better competition before leaving.

If odom goes so will Lock. I’d say if we keep odom, chances are 75% we keep Lock.

Odom is the Lynch pin? I guess... as JH would likely be gone. That’s the only real reason he’s have for leaving. Change in O scheme.

I remember the Zark. They say he threw the ball so hard that DB’s couldn’t intercept because they couldn’t catch it. Lol. He had an arm.

With 35 now, I’m guessing he definitely breaks Daniel’s TD record.

Might even do it against Arky.

Passing record is unlikely though. Needs over 1200 yards.

If he comes back tho... maybe.

I think he ends up around 3800z

The drops last night really hurt his chance at the yardage record.

Hall let the ball get to his pads on every throw he dropped vs a two high safety look. Hearing footsteps that honestly weren't there.
