I noticed CBS Bowl projections has Mizzou in the Music City Bowl vs Iowa. Sports Illustrated had Mizzou in the Liberty Bowl against West Virginia. SB Nation had Mizzou in the TaxSlayer Bowl against Florida State I know it's still way too early to figure out which bowl and who the opponent will be but any of these matchups would be interesting

I will say this, 3 weeks into the season I would never have thought we would be trying to figure out what bowl we ended up with.

I mean, just the extra practices and what little buzz there may be will be good for the program as opposed to a coaching search offseason. Hope BO can turn the recruiting around a little. Its taken some serious hits during the early part of the season.

I agree the recruiting has taken a hit but i think things will pick up though with this late season momentum and a possible bowl game in our near future. I know there's still some fans that are skeptical because if you look at last year we had some positive momentum coming in after winning the last two games of the season and then we came into the new season and completely shite the bed the first half of the season.

Either the Music City (ESPN late Friday afternoon leading into Cotton Bowl) or Liberty (ABC Noon slot on Saturday) would be great for added visibilty and travel. A far thought a month ago.

If it's the Liberty Bowl, I might try to make it but I doubt I will to make the time. I'd be interested in s Big 12 matchup.
