If there is a BOC meeting on Sunday it would appear to be that Kilgore is correct on his timeframe.

Although technically I think the approval of the contract by the BOC would simply be a formality, so they might wait until their scheduled meeting on the 10/11th of December.
Either way, every single thing Kilgore has said has been right so far. I am not sure why the Tigerboard crowd is so skeptical.

They are just so gloom and doom over there. They can't handle the fact that people who know stuff might actually post something, but don't want to get their friends in trouble.
Dr. Kilgore's twitter has been pretty quiet today, so I assume nothing is really changing. I would guess it is just a matter of whether we are comfortable paying Plan A's assistants more money and all that stuff with Plan B playing in a Championship game.
If I was guessing I bet Herman, Fedora, and maybe Patterson are in this mix? Not sure which two Kilgore is talking about though exactly. I don't blame him for not naming them, especially if he doesn't want his friend to get in trouble.

After reading Matter's Q&A today I still think its going to be Herman. Contract has not been signed in Houston. He's always been Mack's guy.
