you said "what you're seeing is why he lost his job to a true freshman"
Id understand your point a lot more if that true freshman wasn't out of this world talent.
Im not defending Bryant, im just not on board with saying losing to Lawrence was a bad thing.

Hating Bryant may be a good speculation. All the hype that this "NFL-bound" star was gonna save the day after Lock may have irritated the regulars.
And who knows how Bryant relates to them? A QB better damned sure have a great relationship with the OL.
As good a guess as any.

How's that out of this world talent doing right now? Not so out of this world.
Lawrence is good but he's not the 2nd coming. KB lost his job to a true freshman after 4 games.
KB has a ton of physical tools but for whatever reasons he can't even REMOTELY lead this offense against a horrible D (Vandy) and an average D (KY). He makes either bad decisions (red zone picks) or no decisions. He "appears" to be so concerned about not throwing picks that almost every throw is dump down to the RB or slot. No KB is not responsible for the drops which we lead the SEC by a wide margin (the receivers drop 10% of the passes thrown to them....that is just criminal). Nor is he responsible for all of the penalties but he IS responsible for being a team leader and if he needs to get in someone's arse on the field or on the sidelines then he damn well needs to do it. The O line expects "X" (pass or run) to happen after "Y" (3 seconds, 4 seconds) and neither has happened the past 2 games.
We are horrible on a short field when it should be our strength. Our red zone offense is MIA. Not all of this falls on KB's shoulders but he has the ball in his hands on every offensive play (when in the game) and he has the option to change the play and not just on the RPOs. I'm 99% convinced that he makes his mind up before the ball is snapped on who he will throw to.

2019 is irrelevant, and hes still doing just fine, actually doing a lot better.

Stop with that. Lawrence was excellent. KB got beat out, its that simple.

I dont disagree with any of this. And to expand on your point, Im starting to question the receivers mizzou brings in. Mizzou has been dead last or near it in drop catches for 3 of the last 4 years.

That's fair and validates my entire point (not trying to be the "I'm right" guy)

Again this is the point

And while this falls on the coaches I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the coaches have told them to:
1 - run your route
2 - while your on eyes are only on the ball, catch it
3 - then look to run
4 - don't drop the damn ball or get it stripped

Did you see where Bryant threw the football high in the rain? it must be harder to catch the football in the rain. Then the replacement threw the football the similar situation and it was caught because it was not high up and right at his chest! Two times. the third one it was too low and dropped it. That was in the rain. Bryant could not throw it right at the chest but got to throw it high up where the receiver(s) had their hands up in the air to get the football but could not hold on to it. That was where I saw that was a bad throw by Bryant. He kept making bad throws and why was he still in the game all that time? No matter if it was in the rain or not. Need to make a change at quarterback when Bryant can't make the throws or play smarter. I am puzzled why this is still bad after eight games! Someone is accountable and I cannot say who is at fault 100 percent since I was not at practice and how things got so bad and was covered up to say those 3 games were away games and 2 of them were lesser teams. Something is wrong here. Is Missouri players and coaching staffs given up already?

If Quintana predicts it, I would bet the house against it. Big money
