Absolutely wild
You appear to not read the room well. Plenty of folks are irritated at the lack of committing to the run game when we have a mediocre QB and not complaining about lack of deep throws.

Drink is only 5 games into the 3rd year. I don’t think you can assess that he doesn’t have it based on this sample size in combination with the dumpster fire that Odom left. Odom was really clear, really fast that he wasn’t the guy. Drink’s recruiting is the best in the history of the program. He brought in back to back 4 star QB’s but the first obviously didn’t work out. It happens. But these freshman / new sophomores aren’t going to be ready day one no matter how many stars. At least it’s far from the norm. Is he perfect, no. Is it certain he won’t get there, far from it.

Throwing the ball three times in a row when the running game was gashing them on a majority of plays.
Which game did this happen?

4.9 ypc despite plenty of big negative runs on silly play calls.
Does UGA even have time for the 2nd TD if Drink even goes 50/50 with run plays and keeps the clock going more?

Ahh, the 5 yards per carry myth.
We had two, just two, great running plays that totally skewed our stats. They accounted for 90% of the total ground game.
For 9 out of 10 running plays we gained about 2 and 1/2 yards.
If we were gaining 5 yards per carry on the majority of our carries you would have an argument, but we weren't.
That's why intelligent people look past the averages.
