How many of these commits that we have will get into school? How many go the JUCO route? If we only get 2 DT's and one or both of them have to go JUCO then we are in trouble a couple of years from now on the DL.
We need to get some of these JUCO DT's for this class that can come in and help in the next few years.

That was my original concern is the long term outlook. When a program is in a position to have to try and lock down JuCo commits to fill an immediate need that means that there was not enough depth/quality recruiting going on in that position in prior recruiting cycles.

I dont think the weekend went well in our area of need or that we desperately need d-line depth and talent
I'm not sure you can say that yet. There are 3 guys from Texas still in Columbia. We got 2 commitments out of the 5 uncommitted guys that were there, and it looks like we flipped one.
These guys haven't committed yet for a reason - they're waiting until they take all their visits so they're sure. It's not a reflection on Mizzou or any other school - they're late commits because they want to be.
I share your concern that we're not getting the line depth we need with this class, but I'm not panicking. Yet.

Im not comfortable having Augusta visit his home school last. Collins is a Nebraska lean and visiting them last.
The JUCOs are a mystery at this point.
We learned a very strong lesson that line play and depth on both sides of the ball are critical to success in the SEC this year.
Im not panicking, just voicing what I thought to be reasoned concerns.

I'm sure the lack of an OC isn't helping things at this crucial time either. But...still....

I could be wrong in my opinion. Its a shame you couldnt have just said "i disagree, here is why" without all the baggage.
Is this real life? I know I have a history on here, but anyone can look at this thread and see the truth.
This was my first response to you.. this is disagreeing without baggage.

A huge concern?
We have almost have a full class, and are leading on Augusta.
OP, so 15 guys were in town, we only have about 5 spots, and 2 guys committed with Augusta likely to commit as well.
I'd really like to get a guy like Calloway.
You're off base in the sense that you called me out for coming after you, when in fact I didn't. Anyone can look at what you wrote on page 1 and see you sound like you're going through menopause.

Flipping out over not getting a commitment from him this weekend is just bizarre coming from you, you're normally more rational.
You never do anything Mo. Its most certainly everyone else that has the problem when dealing with you.
Menopause jokes....

If menopause is fair game, so is Viagra and ED.

Anyone can look at the first page and see you were overreacting over two things. The weekend and my responses.
You said why didn't you just disagree without the baggage. I did that in my first response. And there was no baggage in the subsequent response, but I did inject that you weren't being level headed. Saying you're not being level headed isn't 'attacking' its' making an observation. Jafo seemed to agree you were a little too close to the ledge.

And premature ejaculation. Put it all out there. menopause, sandy vaginas, PMS - I've seen it all here!
Let's go, Bogie - right back at 'em.

Right back at em?
Is menopause not medically proven to have emotional effects on people? Kilo was acting like he was in the middle of a hot flash.. so using the term menopause to describe his actions was fitting.
If you can find a fitting time to inject ED, PE, or whatever else you're more than welcome.

Now don't over react on an injection of a little humorous ribbing.
Since PMS and menopause jokes are rampant, did not want the guys to feel left out.

Exactly!! It was meant in good fun!! Guys say that stuff all the time, without thought to whether it would offend us. And I choose not to be offended - I'm on a sports message board after all. I expect it. But what's good for the goose....

Kilo, it'll be ok. It has to be. There is not a single damn thing we can do about it except doing what your doing.
If you feel the way you feel about it, you got every right to express it. I just have known you to be more level headed about it. You did seem alittle close to the edge there.
I understand mograys sense of humor, I grew up around it. He just has a different way of expressing.
