Iowa St. upsets Okie!

They did it with their 3rd string qb by scoring 31 straight points and wins 38-31. Matt Campbell who was in the running for the Mizzou job that we ended up hiring Odom instead. What hurts so much is that Mizzou has gotten worst and they aren't even competitive. Iowa St. is a young team and they have been at least competitive this year. Iowa St. is now 3-2.

Let's start off with a win after having a bye week and handle our business against Kentucky.

I dont think Campbell even looked anywhere outside Iowa St tbo.

This is why BO will be fired. It's not the W-L record, it's the level of preparation and competitiveness of the team. that's what Mizzou is lacking.

I would almost bet money he's not fired this year. I think .Sterk will give him a 3rd year no matter if we go 1-11. Rarely does any new HC get fired after only 2 years.
And, even if we don't go to a bowl in his 3rd year, but show improvement, he'll get a 4th year! After 4 years, and only 5 wins or less a year, he'll be replaced.
