Quick. JQ keeps repeating himself. Someone call 911. Sounds like he’s stroking out.

Or dementia is finally settling in.

It’s been 60 years since we’ve won a conference championship.

60 fricking years.

Why does anyone think it matters who the coach is? I don’t get it.

The anti-defense of Mizzou. It’s an interesting ploy except for the part where it’s just a ploy.

Huh?

Tell me where I’m wrong.

I know the most exciting part of being a fan for many is counting down the days until the coach is fired, but it hasn’t made a difference for 60 years. Wondering why anyone would think it would start now?

Because if it did happen, you would be telling everyone how they were a bad fan for being pessimistic.

I know you want it both ways. But you don’t get it both ways.

If what didn’t happen?

I’ve been very consistent in saying this is a damn near impossible job.

I get that it’s the very easy fallback to say the fire the coach every time we lose. I get it. I truly do. I’m getting tired of this shite too. Just know we’ll be right back to the same place with the new guy in short order.

He won’t win enough either. He’ll lose games we shouldn’t too, and it likely won’t be because he’s stupid, or doesn’t know football, or doesn’t care, or doesn’t work hard enough, or is too stubborn to change...it’s because THE PROGRAM SUCKS.

I haven’t said fire the coach. Quit creating straw men.

Ok, he’s a bad coach but you want to keep him?

Plenty of others have said fire him, which is fine. I don’t blame anyone, it’s just not going to matter.

I don’t know if he’s a bad coach in the big scheme of things. He has a tendency to have teams which shite the bed.

He isn’t in an optimum situation. But he really squanders opportunities like no coach I’ve ever seen.

I’ve seen it happen a lot. I’m a Mizzou fan. Pinkel did it a lot.

Losing to Troy as a ranked team. Losing back to back games after beating Oklahoma and being in the top 5. Getting blasted by Indiana at home etc

We’re not good enough to play like shite and beat anybody. This is what it is.

The thing that Odom hasn’t done, and maybe can’t do, is show continued improvement in his deficiencies. The team will get on some rolls where they look good and then they’ll have games where it looks like it’s year 1 all over again.

He could be a good coach if he, his staff, and his team would play prepared clean football like Pinkel's teams did
But I see no improvement on this at all
