i am not sure that is even required. they just need to stop those 10+ minute long mental breakdowns. Martin just stands on the sidelines screaming play hard, do better, etc. He doesn't do anything to try and change the situation.
Shoot less threes from bad shooters and get more mentally consistent. The sky is the limit if they do that.
