Holy Crap there's some bad D1 QBs

The Ore. St. QB made Bernie Kosar look like Cam Newton. The Rutgers QB couldn't throw it into the ocean from the beach.
And I know I saw some other horrific performances at QB in the bowls.
It made me think Franklin might just be bad. Not awful and bad.

It's all relative. He's a better QB than I ever was. He's not good enough to be .500 in the SEC.
