It sounds like I may have jumped the gun on figuring the DT 2-deep. Gracial, reportedly, got most of the snaps along side KW with the ones.

Davis hinted earlier camp that Gracial had been in the incubator for a couple of years and it was time for him to step up. McClellan has had a good camp so far. If Gracial is taking some reps, it can't be seen as a bad thing.
Promoting Davis in 2021 after Tennessee steam rolled his squad was a surprise move that has really worked out well for Drink.

If it's more about Gracial ascending and less about McClellan's performance, then that is very good news.

Everything I have read and heard up to this point suggested that McClellan was everything he was billed to be as a former 4* rated DT. Gracial is a former 4* prospect and so was Williams. This might be the most 4* players in the DT two deep ever.

I agree. The 29th can't get here soon enough. I admittedly enjoy the defensive side of the game more, but I'm looking forward to seeing how Moore uses Noel out of the backfield. He can stress the second level defenders in multiple ways, much like Badie and Murphy.
