What position(s) do you think we kick the tires on? Personally, I think OT on offense and LB and CB on defense. I think we'll be fine at all 3 of those positions, but "fine" isn't what Drink seems to be striving for. If the right player became available at any, or all of those positions we will be very active. This is likely LBIII's last year and it's definitely Cook's. The time is now, baws!

LB for sure. Top end LB talent is a must for every SEC D and it’s often the one that burns you most.

OC/QB background, interesting choice by Drink. Maybe worried about Moore leaving after this year so trying to get someone ingrained in the system early?

This is nothing new. All HCs should be doing this at certain positions. Nick Saban had been famous for getting many coaches as consultants to learn from them. Drink is doing that now doesn't mean he will be the next OC. Bill Napier stacks up as many consultants as he can. It doesn't mean that is better, but he gets information from consultants and in the future may hire some as on field coaches.
