Look on the bottle or can and it says "soda"
St. Louis calls it by it's correct name "soda"
If someone ask me for a "pop" I might think that they want me to punch them. When I was 13 and I went into a store in NY and asked where did they keep their sodas and he led me to baking soda and he said that I was talking about "pop"
I told him to look on the bottle and we didn't see "pop" anywhere.

In KC we call it pop.
Have friends from STL that call it soda. They get made fun of.
