Do you realize the reason for the defense was bad last year?
Drinkwitz fixed it this year and it will be lights years better this year. That also effected the offense last year. This year team is going to be much better than last year. Count on it. Drinkwitz made a huge mistake last year for hiring an out of work NFL coach that had very little or no college experience. He spends coaching in the NFL the last 10 or so years. Not really a good fit in the college level. That was the major issue. It messed up everything else. Now it is corrected. This year the team will be much better on offense and defense. That is why I ignore what any experts say about Drinkwitz and he will surprise many people and you included.

Drink was the one who made that hiring decision- the out of work NFL coach- so let’s pin the decision on the true culprit here. Decisions like that are how you end up 12th.

Let’s hope he has learned and grown from that mistake.

He thinks Baker is going to be a good DC because some numbskull LSU fan on the rant said he was a good linebacker coach.
