From today:

quote:

Hawgs247 takes a look at four recruits committed elsewhere that Arkansas has a chance to flip.

Andy Bauer, 6-5 ¾, 304 pounds, St. Louis DeSmet

Rated a four-star recruit, the No. 87 overall prospect and No. 8 offensive tackle.

There was plenty of buzz about Bauer possibly flipping from Ole Miss to Arkansas a month ago, but obviously, it didn’t happen. Since then, Bauer has publicly reaffirmed his commitment to Ole Miss. Game over for the December graduate? We’re not so sure, and neither are some of the Razorbacks’ commits. We’ll be keeping an eye on this one into the fall.

Yeah, in the end I don't think we flip him, but there's not telling most of the time.

Like many kids, I think he says what will please the listener many times. Put it this way, I'd rather be in Ole Miss's shoes than Mizzou's or Arky's. Obviously.

I don't see him flipping, especially with him being an EE, but nothing is certain when dealing with HS kids.

HCGP has a history of giving a scholarship to a player that did not play his senior year in high school. Hugh Freeze has only been a head coach in a BCS program for one year.

But does Ole Miss have a history of giving a scholarship to an injured high school player??

I think I said somewhere I give it a less than 5% chance. It will be curious to see if his injury impacts anything...on either side.
