I have not been able to watch many games this year. Lucky for me I suppose. Where are the good big men? This team should just play 5 guards. How could that be any worse? Are there any big men scheduled to be on this team next year?

Short answer...no.

Rosburg, Post and Jones all return. Add Price, the transfer from Louisville, but he's going to have to show he can do things he hasn't done yet in order for me to get excited. Hopefully he does.

Why is there a space between basket and ball?

Sexier that way. It's called the 'basket gap'

So it looks like the big man position is going to be a waste of space. (like the space between basket and ball ) maybe Haith should consider using Tarks old running system. Run and run, first team to score 130 wins. That would be more exciting than what I have seen out of this team.

The reason there is a space between basket and ball is because my lap top is a commie fascist pig. It hates me and is always trying to make me look like a dumb arse by putting spaces in the middle of words. When I wrote that title it just posted before I even wrote a message. I thought about deleting the space in the title but hated to ruin all the fun.

Problem: in order to trigger the fast break, you have to rebound. Yes, CMA showed us you can sometimes run it off an inbounds after a made basket, but even at the zenith of the Fastest 40 Minutes, that was rare.

The best college basketball running teams had great rebounders and not by coincidence - Tark had Larry Johnson, George Ackles, Elmore Spencer etc. OU's Billy Tubbs teams had Stacy King and Harvey Grant. Arkansas' Nolan Richardson teams had a big fat non-mobile guy at center for a long time, Oliver Miller. Why? He couldn't run worth a lick. But what he could do was block shots, rebound, and start the break with long outlet passes which is what he did.

Saw that Steve Clark was dismissed from the OSU program. Was this the same kid that Mizzou dropped interest in before picking up Wesley Clark, if my memory serves me right.

Yeah that's the one, I think Mizzou was still trying to get Stevie Clark even after getting Wes Clark - I think the spot we chased Stevie Clark for is what ultimately wound up being Shane Rector.

Dawg, every time this happens I try to go to the Dr. but Mrs erect hides the keys and phone. She hates to waste a good boner by going to the ER. She wants to cure this problem in house.
