They really need to announce this stuff. Not sure why all other injuries are reported, but this is always shrouded in some cloud of secrecy.

I don't get it either JQ. If they're starters or guys that get time, it's not like we won't find out come game day. Maybe they don't want Bama to know? I dunno.

I think 2 of them might be offensive guards.

The surprise factor with quarterback and now covid seems like a weapon Drink is trying to use. I wish I knew who tested positive, but we wouldnt stand a chance beating bama straight up.

how can anyone possibly know that this far out? You can "have" it on thursday and be negative on friday before gameday.

There is a mandatory 14 day quarantine. It’s dumb, but dems the rules

I’ve actually now heard that all 3 are on the OL. Could be the best bad news if it’s not starters.

I heard that they are down to their 3rd and 4th string guards on the o-line.

I’m not sure we even had a starter at RG. I think that was a position they were going to try to figure out in season

The SEC isolation procedures published in August on the SEC website specifically call for 10 day isolation for asymptomatic and symptomatic COVID cases.

And then...

Day 1: Medical evaluation, EKG, Troponin level, ECHO (if possible). May proceed with Day 1 of re-acclimation (25% intensity) if medical evaluation, EKG and Troponin are completed and normal. 4

Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 2 of re-acclimation (50% intensity). ECHO must be completed prior to starting Day 3 of re-acclimation.
Day 3 of re-acclimation (75% intensity).
Day 4 of re-acclimation (100% intensity; full practice or game).

That section is not in the currently posted PDF on the SECSports website.

The news articles I can find on this section you posted were the requirements when football activities started up again. These were to prevent coaches from requiring athletes to be going 100% on the first days of renewed activity.

Well, we must be sitting players voluntarily then.

That makes more sense, you’re right

It’s all a sham.

My daughter “had it.” She had a fever for 24 hours. Lost her sense of taste and smell for the same. I get out of quarantine on Friday.

No one in this house has been sick outside of her 24 hour fever/headache.

I agree, but unfortunately the thinly veiled fricking we’ve all received of course had to trickle into college football also
