LSU win would be huge. And they have real issues with their secondary. Just like they did the last time they came to Columbia.

Looking over the remaining schedule, I feel pretty good about 8 wins. I also think we are closer to 9 than we are 7.

Against K State they played like a ranked team. MTSU and Memphis they should've won by more, but 4-0 is 4-0 nonetheless. They deserve to be ranked, and if LSU beats Ole Miss and Mizzou handles Vandy, LSU @ MU will be a big ranked matchup that will provide more great exposure for the program. I'm not sure why you'd be upset with Mizzou being ranked if you're a fan

Both teams were sloppy that game. Take the ranking out from in front of KSU's name and it looked like a battle of middle of the pack conference foes. Not upset that we are ranked but I can be objective about our team. We haven't even played a road game. We haven't looked the part.
4-0 is great but we have not looked great, yet. We are so close if we can just stop the stupid mistakes.

With the portal, I believe it will take teams a while to really play well. There is no more reloading. Everybody looks sketchy except Washington and Ohio State.
