Great start for the 23 class. Drink is doing something we’ve never seen before. Consistent recruiting.

I wonder if Mac Markway will waver from his UF commitment with how their season's gone. I guess we already have a TE for the class though

Max preps has some video.
It’s a little tough to tell. He completely overmatches the competition physically. He looks good for sure. He had some 4* ratings. Offer list is really strong.

I only watched him play when he played against Holt and it seemed like that whole game Holts offensive line was double teaming him that and also their quarterback was making alot of quick passes. I went to high school at Troy and he is by far the best recruit to ever come out of high school there he's not the fastest guy out there on the field but he's strong give him some time in the s&c he could be pretty solid. Another thing I noticed was he was a four-star recruit before his Junior season started I noticed that they dropped him down to a 3-star recruit after his Junior season.

Mac Markway had been a Florida commit since late July, but that changed on Sunday night when the 6-foot-4, 250-pound tight end prospect out of St. Louis (DeSmet) decommitted from the Gators. Is there a chance Drinkwitz going to try get him to come to Mizzou?

That's intriguing. His offer list is extremely impressive, and it's not unheard of for Drink to sign 2 TEs in one class ('21). Complete guess, but I'd be surprised if we don't show some interest
