Of all the DB's we have offered so far, Peters is the one I most wish to land. 6'3 200lbs. Has Earl Thomas/Eric Reed look. Number 2 overall safety.

Did anyone notice that in the junior highlight reel (which has some of the jerkiest camera movements) that Lock almost always stares down his primary receiver? Is that common for D1 level high school QB's? He seems to have very nice accuracy, but it was hard for me to tell how strong his arm is.
