I know (or at least hope) you were kidding ST but no, I would never do that to some kid. Who can blame them to want to come to Mizzou. We were probably the biggest name to offer them. If you're dissatisfied, I guess I would suggest you email you complaints to GP. Not sure it will get you anywhere and not something I would do but I don't see outing a kid by name as a good thing.

One of our 2* players (Little DGB) sounds like he may reclassify to 2015. Another in Thomas Richard has a younger brother who sounds as if he could be a 4* or 5* in his class. So I am fine with them.

I know this is a random comment but I think the perfect ending to this years season is beating OU in a BCS bowl game for our good old friend from Desmet Durron Neal who bad mouthed his home state after choosing OU over us. For all that talk he did he sure isn't producing much for them even though he is still just a sophomore, but you would think he would at least have a touchdown in the beginning of the season against the powderpuff teams they play to get early wins, just saying.

Some are good and some aren't so good. Also got to watch out for those that originally picked someone else and switch it at the last minute, once pretty much every one knows but there hasn't been an official announcement.

4* Lb Brandon lee cutting his list to 4 tonight. Mizzou was not originally in his top 5. Sounds like it will change.

Lee's Final 4: California, Louisville, Mizzou, and Virginia Tech. I like our chances, especially if we win the next 2 games and he sees a rockin' ZOU when he visits!

And I'm with reedus (surprise, surprise!) If a kid has an offer, I don't want to go back on it. That's not a good way to run things. If we get to a point where that becomes an issue, we can do things the Alabama way. Tell the kid we'd like to have them, but they'll need to wait until later because someone else may be the better fit. If they choose to wait until later in the process to see if they get in, great. If not, best of luck to them.

I wont call anyone a "lock" until they sign their LOI. Look at Brandon Lee. In July he cut us out of his list and had no interest in Mizzou. As the season progressed, Mizzou kept winning, ad he called Mizzou. And now they are in his top 4 and will be his last visit before he announces. For Johnson, Mizzou has a shot. As long as they win, they have a shot. I will say I feel FSU is the favorites but at this point would not count Mizzou out for anyone.

Well, I originally went to go check on Nate Strong (East St. Louis 2015) to see how he was doing this year. What I found was Greg Taylor killing it with a 300+ yards rushing, 200+ and a couple 100+ games. Recruited as a Safety and I'm sure that's where he'll end up, but sounds like an all around great athlete.

Saw a bit of Markel Smith. Guess I saw some of Ray Wingo but I wasn't really paying attention to his play to be honest because at the time I didn't think Mizzou had much of a shot.
