That was 12yrs ago. Apparently he's gotten better.
Much, much better.
If we were to land Wallace, it would be the 7th 4* that he has landed in the last 12 months. The upgrade he has made to our OL in less than a year is absurd.
The only guy he has landed that wasn't a 4* on either 247 or the 247 composite was Dan Skipper and he ended up as a Freshman All-American.
The guy is easily one of the top recruiters in the country when it comes to OL.

Skipper was a kid was hoping we landed thought we had a shot at him

If Strong is to take the Texas job, mizzous chances of landing 4* DT Cage improves greatly.

would have to agree with this but i think we got a great shot anyway

Texas, Missouri, South Carolina, Arizona, Purdue would be the schools Poona Ford would consider for official visits if Strong leaves UL.

Any updates/rumors since the Cottonbowl win?
Is it too early to expect dividends from the Tigers 4 hours of national TV time at Jerryworld?

Still too early. It's been mentioned before, the big payoff of this season will come in the 2015 class. That is assuming Mizzou has another strong showing, and with our schedule we should.

That's why I would hope to get a few more off this season. Anything can happen and as we learned last year, kids can easily flip away if with just a mediocre season.
I'm a little surprised with our track record we're no locking down some of these unattached D-Linemen and 4* WRs.

Why would you choose Indiana over Mizzou?
Because we told him no more spots?
Because we told him no more spots?
