I don't think any QBs, RBs or DBs get processed this off season.
Here are the likely targets to transfer IMO.
WR-Wingo and Smith
OL-Bailey and Harris
DL-Agbasimere and Jacobs
LB-Jones, Winters, and Warren
Only need to move 8 players to be at the limit.

Stribling is the 1 DB that I see transferring.
I don’t know what’s going on with Prewitt but he might be gone as well

Unless Stribling finished his degree program, I don't think he goes anywhere and I don't think they process him. He can provide reps on the field side and does a decent job as a gunner on special teams.
