Been a very long time but you get an OMG!
This is my field, and you are being very simplistic. We can do this all day. You and others who are bent on defending Ray can post one thing at a time and in return, I can show you how you are not right..... One step at a time.
So a simplistic answer for you. You don't train a muscle, "drink a protein shake" and be fine to do it all over again tomorrow.
Now we can go ahead and get into glycogen, atp... Etc etc etc, but none of that will address central fatigue.

Sucks doesn't it when you see after searching over and over that its not what I stated.

In anything I said where did I act like grade school kid? I posted in response what you were saying regarding our coach because what you keep spewing is complete bald faced lie. I have no need to impress anyone. You're the one that keeps posting rumors like they are facts.

I just wanted to check the validity of darkhorse's '3 hour practice' statement. And the announcers did say that Ray 'took his team through a 3 hour practice yesterday' at the 10 min mark on the espn3 feed.
It appears that he did practice them the day before the game. I'm not sure how intense the practice was or wether that had an impact on their ability to play.
Although fatigue may be increased, I wouldn't say it's unreasonable to practice the day before a game. I'm the tourney you have to play up to 4 games in a weekend.
So darkhorse's statement was true about practice occurring.
Ultimately, I believe Ray should be given another year. But if we keep putting up record lows...I'm not gonna be upset if they decide to give him the Ellis Johnson treatment.

No, he couldn't show where I stated that the reason they were fatigued was due to a practice. It's because I did not say it.
What I did state is that its poor coaching to take a thin fatigued team and practice them for 3 hours. And it is.

Actually you do. Lashing out with name calling is your norm. Personally, you don't bother me. So, if that how you want to communicate, that's fine with me.
As to you saying "you keep spewing bald face lies", you are wrong. It was not a rumor that they practiced for 3 hours. They did. ESPN announcers, MSU announcers both talked about it. The players confirmed it.
So if you are going to suggest that I post rumors, please show me what rumor in this thread I posted.
