Going by this list LINK we were paying Ray more than half the coaches in the NCAA tourney.

This is not going to be as hard as some fear.

Who is fearing hiring someone? it would be hard trying to make as bad a hire as Ray was.

Ray wasn't a bad hire, GTFO. We needed someone to clean up the program and he did that job flawlessly.

I defend Stricklin but to say he wasn't a bad hire is just ignorant. No experience, assistant of a less than mediocre program, no recruiting ties. I know hind site it 20/20, but most people saw this as a disaster from the start.

It was a bad hire if there was others interested that were more qualified. I know it's hard to imagine that being the case but I'm just saying there is a small chance it wasn't a "bad" hire, in that regard.
