What happened to Woodruff?

I'm looking at the live stats and he only pitched 1/3 of an inning in the start. Is he having arm trouble again?

Probably more to the fact he had 3 stolen bases on him in the bottom of the 1st.

I was at the game and it was like woodruff was never even in the game, he was all around horrible last night
