A loss today means that we're most likely starting 0-3 in conference play because I don't see us winning at Baton Rouge. We did good against Alabama last year but we seem to struggle in Tuscaloosa.

NET: Alabama: 60, Mississippi State: 73

Alabama is favored by 3.5 points and given a 50.5% chance by ESPNs BPI to win.

Tonight: 6 PM, Coleman Coliseum, SECN

I'll be watching and hoping we nail an away game.

More driving less three shooting. Ado needs to get mean in the middle. Perry needs to post up more and more. And if Tyson can't shoot any better than last game, he needs to drive it to the basket so he can shoot the free one's as he is very good at that...

Clay you were right.

We've taken 3 steps back today. I'm embarrassed. No way on any planet should we lose to this team, nonetheless he outclassed like we did. Just like Auburn did to us

Yea, that was disappointing. Continue to play like that the the NIT won't even extend an invite. I just do not see the teamwork, except on occasion, that winning at BB requires. Nick showed the most energy overall with his driving to the basket and aggressiveness. Perry was good as usual, but fouls got him early. Carter is, heck, I'm not sure what he is...Tonight, no defense, no offense. Ala. had more rebounds as they fought harder.....yea, disappointing.

Yep Stansbury vs Gottfried was the days.

I'm sad of where our basketball program is to where people don't even care about it anymore.

But I see this isn't working now. It hurts because this team had the talent.

I was occupied last night with work and only saw the final score late.
Very disappointing and it leaves me scratching my head. This team has so much potential and after getting to see us in person against Kent State, I really thought we could take the next step. Instead we have gone backwards and down several steps.

Just don’t know. Certainly not giving up but losing by 21 to a bad team is well....bad.
