There's been a lot of talk. Why in the world would he want another rebuilding job? And at at fricking Maryland? What the hell could he win there?

Wouldn't that be a huge pay cut?

If anything, he'll do like every other successful coach and pimp for more money where he is..

If LSU dumps Miles, I would take him at Maryland. Les's style would definitely work in the Big Ten.

If Dan Mullen actually wanted to leave for Maryland I would help him pack

Yahoo's Pat Forde reporting Michigan's DC Durkin a likely candidate.

Sounds like Mullen's agent is trying to get him a bump.

He would be a shitty agent if he didn't try.

After that 30 second hug between Mulls and Strick after the Arkansas game I don't see Scott not keeping Mullens salary competitive.

I would be shocked if he went to Maryland. Less pay, fans don't care about football, worse program, just as tough competition in the Big 10 east. There is no upside to that move

Oh i know.. That's why I was confused by the media talk. I think I took offense to the fact that the media believes Mullen would see Maryland as a better gig. Maryland actually decreased the size of their stadium last year and their athletic department is running a deficit. lol

read what you just wrote in the OP and go back to Elite Dawgs...to think he would make a regressive move in his career is foolish

If Dan leaves, it's for Georgia IMO. But I don't see a SEC coach going to another SEC school like that.

Paul says he's told there's "zero chance" Mullen goes to Maryland.

If Mullen did go somewhere, I would be OK with Hud despite his crappy year. I would love to see him bring in his old QB, Will Hall, as the OC. Will is young, but he seems to be a helluva coach. I don't see Will hanging around West Georgia very long.

Yeah I would be fine with Hud. He would win here, especially with the talent we have lined up over the next 3 years. If Mullen did decide to leave, he would have left us in a good place.

I don't see it happening but Mullen to USC has scuttlebutt, apparently. Mullen will be back at State next year, I don't see him leaving unless something happened and he was forced.
