Bell was not a booster. He was a former player who never had anything to do with the school after he left. He saw a way to make a profit if Cam's dad was willing to play along, which he was, and State was willing to pay, which we weren't.

Well, there's a lot I'm hearing today and most is from UM people, not MSU people.
One is there is a wannabe person who has had way too much contact with recruits.
People were interviewed about Mark Dodson. Not sure why. Makes no sense to me.
Any clues on these issues?

If I recall correctly, on this board or the SECr, he made a post that Jones would be a bulldog and that he was going up to oxford for a reason. He wasn't worried and Jones would end up being his favorite bulldog. So he's been keen to something. truth or fiction.
I don't knwo anything or won't pretend I do but no matter what happens, i think state fans will be disappointed with the outcome.
***I also remember ole miss posters giving him bunch of shite about him posting Jones was going up there for a reason and/or to get the scoop on ole miss or something. So I hope to god some thing happens about it and he's correct just for the shite he could throw back in some faces and watch fireworks and all. Great entertainment.

As much as I'd hate to, I'd eat my crow if it came out he actually did something like that. Even though I'm pretty sure it's against NCAA regulation for recruits to take recording devices on visits. I could be wrong though.

Why would it be against NCAA regulations? In fact you would think that would be encouraged by the NCAA. If the school isn't doing anything they shouldn't be doing then why would it matter?

My guess is because they don't want programs spying on each other. Same reason why schools aren't allowed, by the NCAA regulation, to spy on other schools practices.
