I had Comcast in Memphis. They're the worst literally. Of the biggest companies the only ones as low as Comcast were the airlines sans SW

I think their strategy is just keep transferring and putting you on hold until you agree to pay. Which is honestly pretty effective.
If uverse wasn't so much slower than Xfinity I would go with them.

I have Comcast in Nashville and have had very few issues with them, however when I visit my parents in Memphis it blows my mind how bad Comcast is there.
