Has apathy/depression set in yet?

This season is done. It was done after the Auburn game. We'll be lucky to squeak one more out against Arky.
Even worse, is our schedule sets up easy as shite next year. We will prob win 7 or 8. Then our pussy arse AD can propaganda on twitter about how great our program is. #hailstate1!1!11!
Even worse than that by the time Mullen fully runs this program into the ground the great white hope Hudspeth will be leading UF to BCS games on the reg. Then Stricklin will decide to hire the DBs coach at Purdue to lead our program.

Definitely apathetic. I won't pretend to know how much heat muffin has on him right now. Seems to be slowly increasing. Losing the egg bowl will definitely turn a lot more people against him. That is all the old folk care about. If he wins the egg bowl we are stuck with him for a long arse time.

That set in when i first became a State fan.
It's like being with that girl that you know is just bad for you..yet you can't let her go for some reason..you repeatedly ask yourself why? Why God am I attached to this, this torture? You tell yourself you'll finally break it off this weekend, you'll be done with her.
You go up to her house on Saturday, determined to finally put an end to it. You walk in, she drops her clothes and you get all excited, like maybe things are changing. You have sex and things are great, then she all of sudden reverts back to her old ways that annoy you, but now you can't break her heart because you saw a glimmer of hope. So you're left feeling guilty and depressed. Rinse, Repeat the next week.
That, my friend, is Mississippi State football.
