Never heard of anything like that happening; that is a player apology in WRITTEN form, for a late hit.

The whistle only blew AFTER his late hit; obvious the play was over, though.

Dillon Day should be the face of grindfest 2015.

i think a lot of people on here have never played football…i know of at least 4 times i was "stomped" big guys cannot stop on a dime like that

This is what I have been trying to tell people. I played OL in high school at 240lbs (and was pretty damn athletic for my size) and I had to jump to avoid collisions. Sometimes, this meant landing on someone accidentally. Everyone seems to think that he should have been able to change course midair or something. Also, I still can't believe that people keep saying that he applied extra force on the way down, when all that was was the shot going from slow mo to regular speed.

From a curious standpoint, just how bad is Archie Muniz?

Bad enough that he wouldn't likely start if it came to that IMO.

We've worked Beckwith and Clayborn both at center a bunch. Likely whichever is the better snapper steps into that role and the other is OG...

Been hearing rumors that Day will be suspended for the first half.

I really don't think we should suspend him at all, but a half is better than an entire game.

I truly feel this would be NO issues if LSU had won the game. They want their pound of flesh.

Why do we have to suspend him for the A&M game? Just sit him for the UT-Martin game.
