Having a background that overlaps this, it's an understatement to say that this is one of the biggest parts of a program.

Had an interesting talk about this today. The question was how much of a difference, good or bad, would we see.

Hired in Jan, We would have to think that Court's program is up to par. 8 - 9 months of training we should be seeing some results, good or bad.

On defense, I think the results could be masked. We are subbing more than any other team in the nation. The thought is "we will not tire out". Chris Jones.... I have not looked at him and him alone throughout a game to see if he is being doubled teamed or not. I do know that my attention is not drawn to him like last year. What are you guys seeing?

I think it would be easier to see on offense. I have not seen the OL get too tired. I have not seen J-Rock slowing down toward the end of a run either.

The biggest test will be the new guys we put a red shirt on. Those guys will tell us alot next year.

Court, I've been saying this since he was hired. He has had a huge impact on our team.

I thought our conditioning was pretty bad under Balis. A couple games were pretty embarrassing
