How can you put Saturday's loss on DM when the fact of the matter was our guys simply did not execute? We didn't lose because of shitty play calling. We lost because we turned the ball over 5 fricking times. Our defense was doing great for the most part but when you give the ball up that much there's not much chance for success. Our players are young and need to mature. It'd be nice if we had the luxury to develop these young players while our talented juniors and seniors handle the lion's share of playing time but we simply don't have that type of depth. Changing coaches is not the answer and it would only set us back even farther than we are right now.

Stop being whiny bitches and stfu unless you have something constructive to say about this team. Tearing the coaches or players down does us no good and only hurts us in the recruiting battles.

Because we have a history of not executing. That's on the coach. And also recruiting is on the coach. Saturday's game showed the glaring difference between our players and South Carolina's players.

But please, keep the candle burning.

Question for you,

Who happens to coach the QB's?

Who is ultimately responsible for what our players do on the field?

GET THE frick OUT OF HERE.

I either have a serious strain or a bulging disc from a long run Saturday, and that Mountian Dew and lortab I had for lunch has altered my posting style i'm afraid.

There were some nice changes made for the USC game..

Because it's always some excuse.

Every time since 2010 that we've been good enough and in position to win a big game, we've come up short. Sick of making excuses for it.

Fact is, a "great" coach would have won at least a few of:
Houston 09
LSU 09
Florida 09
Georgia Tech 09
Auburn 10
Arkansas 10
Auburn 11
LSU 11
South Carolina 11
Ole Miss 12
Northwestern 12
LSU 12
Ok State 13
Auburn 13
South Carolina 13
LSU 13

Houston 2010 would've been almost not-doable with a healthy Case Keenum..

Dan's big win is coming. Not because of him, just because it statistically has to happen sooner or later.

Hopefully sooner rather than later.

fricking this.

Every game it's some new explanation for why we didn't get the job done. Time for Muffin to go.

I would rather it not happen. I don't want to wait for it to "statistically" have to happen again

my biggest grip is have we improved any since Dan took over? I'm not just talking W-L or recruiting rankings. I mean we are in year fricking 5 and we still have post game pressers with Mullen saying we still have to learn how to finish.

The LSU game is a good measuring stick. We damn near beat them in '09 and every year since '09 the losses have turned into beatings have turned into rapings. At the current trend we will lose to them in Tiger stadium next year by 80+ points. Same for Alabama. This tells me one thing. Mullen has no belief that it's even worth preparing for when playing them. This is Classic Sherrill 101. When you make a 2.6 million dollar salary half-assing anything is inexcusable. We have given him everything he wanted and in year five he has the worst team to show for it. He hasn't corrected anything from last year. His recruiting tactics border on ridiculously lame

Nope....

What hurts us is not winning. Why is it Mizzou took USC to OT? They NEVER recruit as well as we do, yet they seem to be doing more with what they have.

Again no... No we are not. Please actually look it up. Not to mention it again, but isn't Mizzou having to play with a freshman at QB? HMMMMMMM

We are losing because we get shut down in the second half. Why are we talking about 1 game out of 4 losses? Dak should have been benched. Mullen should have stopped huddling up after we fell behind. At least act like you want to still try and win! You know.. at least try and fool me.

Changing coaches is not the answe

Yes it is. You see, I'm tired of watching us repeat history. "next year" "He needs time to recruit"... "one more year".

So allow me to break it down:

WE HAVE TALENT NOW... Look at recruiting currently. It's not good. AT ALL. Why? Because the "Mullen effect" has worn off and we are not beating anybody with a pulse. Bowling Green almost beat us with a team full of 2 * players on our OWN field.

If we hang on to Mullen, we will decline in talent. Replace him now, new excitement happens. A buzz is generated. etc.. Recruiting becomes better because of it.. New coach has talent to work with and we dont get to say "well he needs time to recruit"

Let's stop repeating our history please!
