May make some trips to starkvegas. What's the best places to go there?

So I guess you're coming to work at the Kemper County plant? That's what I'm here for now.

To be honest, Meridian is a perplexing place, IMO. It has the resources to be a pretty nice little hub. Huge railroad station; the intersection of 45, 59, and 20; a downtown area with a lot of potential; an airport; and a pretty large industrial area.

However, it is nothing of the like. Crime rate is probably at an all time high, the city is a steaming pile of shite, and the ghetto has pretty much taken over everything that was nice at one point. The north hills area is pretty much the only thing that has survived the onslaught.

That being said Weidmann's is fantastic. It's downtown. Their dinner is awesome and on Sunday mornings their brunch is out of this world. A lot of guys go to the Brickhouse and rhythm and brews downtown to go out and have a good time, but I've never been to either.

Meridian also has a Naval Air Station that trains around 40 percent of the fresh aviators in the Navy.

R&b sucks unless a good band is playing. Brickhouse expanded the bar and has a great beer selection. Something like 30 on tap. Weidmanns is fun. Cops circle downtown so don't have a beer and drive. Get a cabs personal number. I have a good cabbies number. PM me if you want it. Or call the cab place and ask for Eddie

ETA: I say "the cab place" cause there is only one. And on weekends they run to the base for high fares.
