That may be true at times, but I'm not sure how either of those quotes elicits such a response...

So that is an obvious lie from OM media, as usual.

Yep. He's committed to Tennessee though

He's a 17 year old sophomore?
ETA: Sorry...junior.

ETA: Which I guess is fairly par for the course.
All the OM fans have given him holy hell about his preseason player/school predictions. A few here are totally hung up on it. But what has he been proven really wrong about? That he said Dontea was going out of state -- when he has since apparently changed his mind? I guess he should have called them the clear leader for Patterson...but other than that?
Given what we know as of now, Paul seemed ahead of the curve on a few of the highly ranked guys that actually ended up naming us their leaders. Got a LONG way to go until signing day obviously.

I meant par for the course as far as the people that run the 247, scout, rivals sites. It makes sense for them to be biased. Pleases the people that pay for the information.

If you took that from Yancy as fact, you may want to double check.
Yeah, an OM buddy texted me that info and said he got it from Yancy.

Yancy must be getting less information every year. He seems to be as out of the loop as Gene and Steve now.

I got the same type of text. I wondered how that could be true with zero media coverage on it. Wasn't piling on. Had someone tell me they hadn't heard anything like that and they live in Louisville. Then Paul blew it up.
Funny b/c now Yancy is saying that the 2015 MS class is overhyped. That tells me MSU is just kicking arse. As an MSU fan, you can really get a feel on certain things by how Yancy is spinning. There is a crazy high % of correctness is you know how to wade through Yancy speak

True. You've almost got to be. All those guys spin information to keep their sheep happy...

Yancy said MC Miller stepped down and Conner was new head coach.
Paul called Miller, no such thing happened.

obvious lie
I'm not sure what you think you're doing here...

But not this time.

I dunno about that. Yancy talks directly to and gets info directly from/gives it to Freeze.
Not that some of our guys don't do the same...

It's the as usual part, not the obvious lie.

Exactly. This is totally true -- and if Yancy is saying that now, it bodes very well for us.
It's pretty crazy really. Takes a few years to figure it all out -- and when you do, what he's actually saying becomes so obvious.
Just like when people were freaking out that Aeris or Bryant might visit them -- IF Yancy throws a name out before the kid makes it to campus, you know it's a smoke screen. It's his preeminent hints and insinuations that you have to worry about...

Well, according to the top 10 in state on 247, Ole Miss could only land 2. Big if obviously, and a long way away. But they could only end up with Hibbler and Patterson.

And there is talk of Hibbler decommitting -- not that I actually think he goes elsewhere...

I am not sure why Blake Hawkins is rated higher than J'Mar Smith on here. J'Mar has much better numbers.

I don't understand Cameron Myers ratings on Scout and Rivals. It's bringing down his composite but anyone can tell that he is definitely dandy dozen material.
