Word seems to be that the staff didn't want to take a developmental type guy on the DL. They are actively trying to help him find another school

Taylor Stallworth, the kid who dominated the MS/Ala all-star game as a DL for the Alabama team alongside Cory Thomas, has set up an OV with us. He's currently a South Carolina commit from Mobile with a pretty good offer sheet. I'd think he'll be getting more offers after his performance today prior to leaving the field with an apparent knee injury(no word on severity yet that I've seen)...

Would be a big get IMO. Was most impressed with he, Cory Thomas, and Breeland Speaks in the trenches today.

Did Hoyett even touch the field yesterday?

Jessie Bowman. I think they were in the same class though, but we got Jessie from Co-Lin.

Yes but just didn't make many plays. He was playing big Cory and USCe commit Taylor Stallworth

I completely forgot about him until the last drive, then I realized I hadn't noticed him the entire game. Didn't we offer him because he's real close with Cory Thomas? I'd tell him to put his recruiting hat on or join Liggins.

I think it is Rivals that has an interview with Stallworth where he said Hoyett was recruiting him really hard for MSU at the allstar game...

I looked for him in the game and didn't really notice him much either...

Does anyone know if our JUCO guys are on campus and practicing? I know Fitz is but I haven't read anything about our JUCO commits.

It's my understanding that the new rule only allow HS EEs to practice with the team -- not the JUCOs.

Doesn't make a damn bit of sense -- but that's my understanding of it.

Does the new rule restrict spring practice for the JUCOs?

I'll be honest, the 2015 recruit I'm most concerned with is Malik Newman. Would do wonders for our program.

Malik Dear is up there too. Would be nice to have a killer receiver like that.

Why are you concerned with Newman? We aren't getting him.

We've got a receiver much like him committed in that class in Gray...

Yeah it seems like people are forgetting about gray. I remember some people saying he was the best player in Tennessee when he was coming out.
