That's correct.
But good recruiters would say "look at our stats -- we don't have anyone that can get to the QB -- if you come here and can do that, you have a chance to make a huge immediate impact for us -- just look at Chris Jones". Maybe we did that -- I don't know.
But it is a pretty low point when I could totally see us telling him he would redshirt and most likely not play until his third year -- instead of using the first approach
