No other way to put it... We just aren't a good baseball team right now.
Honestly not even top 25 worthy.
Can't hit
Can't close
Can't field
I could live with 1-0 or even 2-1 type wins right now until the hitting gets better but shite, giving up 20 hits in 2 games to holy cross ??
They need to get their heads out of their asses , shave those dumbass beards , focus and play good baseball !

More of the same shite to start off tonight.
Hann misplays a ball at short.
Passed ball by Collins.
Bradford bobbles a ball in CF.
What the frick is going on with our D?

We just aren't very good right now

Vickerson has done well in the leadoff spot

Just making a lot of stupid errors right now. Hopefully those will decrease as the season progresses.

We play perfect defense opening weekend, had great pitching(outside of Woodruff), and hit terribly.
Now, we're playing terrible defense, having inconsistent pitching, and hitting pretty good(about .310 on the weekend with good plate discipline and way fewer K's).
We haven't been consistently "bad" at anything -- we just haven't put the pieces together yet.

Sac bunt in the second? Yikes.
Britton and Collins looking dreadful at the plate.

73 runners left on base and counting

Kind of a mixed bag on defense there. Vickerson misplays a fly ball. Then makes a nice diving catch. Then we have a double play.

I stand by my statement. We are getting outplayed by freaking Holy Cross.

Balls are just going right out of our grasp. Credit to holy cross for getting bat on the ball.
Just before I hit submit, another hit right past the 3B.
Oh well
ETA: having pirtle playing in there made no sense.

This team has a lot of potential, but potential doesn't mean shite.
They better get their heads out of their asses or season could go the wrong way in a hurry.

Yeah...not looking good at the moment. Kind of doubt I will spend any more time watching this game.
ETA: Lindgren should be getting more and more work. Really good pitcher.

Agreed.
We are playing "scared" right now which is something I've never really seen from a Cohen team before. Even the ones that sucked.
Hopefully, it was just rookie shite on the hill, and we get rolling now with Lindgren.

Silver lining. Lindgren looks/has looked sick.

Damn. We may should start lindgren again. He's looking salty.

I think he must have been in Cohens dog house. Guy has great stuff.

Cohen wants him to be this year's Girodo.
He just wasn't the same last year after he took that line drive off of the knee.
