I think I heard they did have one a few weeks ago. If true it hasn’t helped

Milam has been doing that since before the season started. Hasn’t done much for him. Maybe the rest of them aren’t getting Any girls. Might be why the confidence is low

They typically don't. I've always found the "players only" meeting to be a sign of desperation and a realization that the team sucks.

Players only meetings are way overrated and usually point to a season that will circle around the drainhole going down.
A team is made up of players and coaches. So, unlike what most fans think, it's never a good thing to break up a team into components. If players think they need to have a players only meeting to do some arse chewing, then they have failed leadership from the coaches - as it's the coaches' job to properly motivate - i.e. chew some arse - when and how needed.
