What's the status on the Off-Topic Board getting their own background color?

I remember this topic being discussed by Chicken a couple of months ago. I know a lot of posters strongly favored plaid. Where are we at on completing this project?

Dude has gained a ton of weight. Has gone from 194 to 310 according to this article. Pics in link are pretty incredible regarding the change in appearance.

However, it does look like he has been losing a little. Some analyst have even said they think he gained all the weight on purpose to look less intimidating to the jury (ala Paul Blaurt Mall Cop).
