What about a little Q&A with an Admin once a month?

Each month for 1 hour the users of this site can ask questions to an admin about different topics related to the site.
It wouldn't be the same admin every month, but whoever was available at the certain time and day scheduled.
We're only talking about 1 hour out of every month.
