TD boards on left side = nice change

good to see some of the other boards from TD on the left side here,and not just on the top. 
but i still vote to be able to add what boards you want to a list to choose from. just saying...

It seems like the design took a little step back with that addition though.

If you was able to custom a limited list on the left that would rawk.. I would add the other forums like Movies/TV and Food board etc..

Looks like they're carrying over the design motifs TD. IE...redundancy.
Either put the links in the left column or top right. The website shouldn't be plastered with links in every corner leading to the same web pages.
It's like this on the TD home page. You have a horizontal bar at the top with drop down menus leading to the various boards, yet you also have a massive left hand column with links to...the exact same boards.
It's redundant, a waste of space, and overall, poor design.

the side bar needs some color. it just looks incomplete and hard to read right now

i thought the whole point of this was the separate from TD entirely
