This is a good starting point.
Probably "CockInYourEar" at the top or bottom.
Some kind of USC wallpaper background.
Finally, the right dimensions to be allowed as the signature on this site.

Can I get Sean White's face on my current sig pic? A "Sean White Walker"? 
I'm going to give multiple options for Sean's face and let the creator have some artistic freedom because I'm not sure which one fits best.
Give him those creepy blue eyes
And IF POSSIBLE can I also get a professional looking sleeve instead the amateur one I did on paint? If that is possible then here is the original source for my sig:
