This probably sounds stupid, but how do I quote a specific user's post. I see the reply option, but it doesn't quote the post. I see the quote button beside where I type my post but I'm not sure if that quotes a specific user.

If someone could explain what I am missing here, I would appreciate.

When you click reply, you'll see the text of the post you're replying to on the screen. Select the text you want to quote, then click the quote button. It will insert it for you. Occasionally that doesn't work and you'll have to select the text, ctrl+c or right-click and copy to copy the text, then click the quote button and paste the text in the box provided.

If you're quoting multiple posters you can always use multiple tabs and use the [ quote ] and [ /quote ] tags in the body of your post (just remove the spaces within the tags you see in my example).

When I try to quote another screen pops up and I have to paste what I want to qoute. It automatically insert the post I'm quoting. Pain in the arse actually, but I'm also doing it from my phone so I don't know if that's the reason.

On your phone highlight what you want to quote before you click the quote button
